Your role

• Develop and produce digital and analogue communication material that speaks to Aaron's purpose and is aligned with business goals (marketing campaigns, social media content, product marketing, presentations, etc.)
• Empower our growth activities in collaboration with our sales, marketing, operations and product teams
• Develop landing pages and work closely with Marketing to test formats
• Assist to come up with creative ideas always eager to find the best design solution

Your profile

• You are enrolled in a German University or University of Applied Science
• You have had or have gained knowledge in the field of communication and/or graphic design by education from an University (of Applied Science), Design School or pre-study work experience
• You gained first work experience in internships or working student positions
• You already have some experience with design tools, e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or others
• You are able to write and speak in German (B2-C1) and English (C2-B2)
• You are communicative and empathic, willing to listen closely to customers and colleagues
• You enjoy working in teams using the Scrum methodology
