Für unseren Kunden KID-Systeme am Standort in Buxtehude suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Wirtschaftsingenieur (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) für einen Einsatz in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung.

Über den Kunden

• Develope a strong understanding of the business operating environment, including strategy, governance, constraints, and key challenges
• Lead financial planning and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and constructively challenging business assumptions  where appropriate
• Define, maintain, and monitor multi-year financial targets
• Built financial models, business cases, simulations, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making, projects, Mergers and Acquisitions activities, and tender processes
• Anticipate financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations and mitigation strategies to support business performance
• Prepare accurate and insightful financial reporting, assess business performance against targets, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making and corrective actions
• Understand the business environment and strategic objectives, lead financial planning and forecasting activities, and define multi-year financial targets to support sustainable business performance
• Establish multi-year financial targets and develop financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support strategic decisions and assess financial impacts
• Anticipate financial risks and opportunities while advising on mitigation actions and external funding strategies to support business objectives
• Analyze cost structures, revenues, unit costs (Airframe / Engine), and Research and Development investments to identify optimization opportunities, drive competitiveness initiatives, and monitor the realization of cost savings
• Anticipating financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations, and ensuring the integrity and quality of financial data
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, and Accounting teams to define and implement funding and cost allocation structures, including transfer pricing, service recharging, and equity funding mechanisms, while ensuring compliance through the review of statutory accounts for entities within the scope of responsibility
• Define and maintain cost accounting structures aligned with business and financial requirements, ensure finance processes and compliance standards are effectively documented and implemented, support business stakeholders in navigating financial processes, and coordinate with auditors to ensure regulatory and financial governance compliance
• Drive financial awareness across the business by developing and maintaining finance tools, frameworks, and business case methodologies, while providing transparent access to key financial targets, performance metrics, and roadmaps to support informed decision-making
• Ensure robust financial governance and compliance by developing cost accounting structures, overseeing finance processes, advising business stakeholders on financial requirements, and supporting internal and external audits
• Drive financial awareness and business acumen across the organization by developing finance tools, frameworks, and business case methodologies, providing transparent financial performance references and targets, and educating stakeholders on key financial concepts to support informed decision-making across Profit and Loss Statement, cash flow, balance sheet, cost, investment, and profitability dimensions

Anforderungen

Fachlich:

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium als Bachelor of Science Wirtschaftsingenieur, Bachelor of Science Betriebswirtschaft oder Bachelor of Science Wirtschaftswissenschaften

Berufserfahrung:

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen: Controlling, Finanzwesen und als kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

IT:

• SAP
• Click´n Buy (BySide)
• Google Workspace

Kenntnisse:

• Mindestens gute Kenntnisse im Lean Management und Prozessmanagement

Sprachen:

• Deutsch B2
• Englisch B2
