Stellenbeschreibung
- Act as the interface between Development and Change Operational Deployment, ensuring seamless collaboration and contributing to the on-quality, on-time, and on-cost delivery of PMTD solutions
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end deployment activities, including training sessions, training paths, integrated training plans, forecasting, and resource planning
- Manage the training portfolio, validate deployment strategies, and ensure all solutions comply with Air Power processes, security requirements, and applicable regulations
- Drive deployment communications, maintain reporting and scheduling tools, manage trainee feedback, and continuously improve deployment and training effectiveness
- Collaborate with deployment and multifunctional teams, contribute to change impact analyses, and support transversal Change Operational Deployment activities
Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of Engineering or Business Administration
- Professional experience in the field of Change Management and Project Management
- Very good knowledge of using MS-Office and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English
- English CV required
