Your duties and responsibilities:
- Coordination and organization of active sales for a product line in the Southern Europe sales region (Spain, Portugal, and Italy), combined with providing technical expert advice to international customers
- Strategic development and expansion of long-term customer partnerships, as well as independent negotiation and drafting of complex long-term contracts
- Confident representation of the company at leading international trade fairs and industry events to generate new business contacts
- Proactive identification and realization of new market and business opportunities, as well as targeted implementation of effective go-to-market strategies
- Responsible management of the entire quotation process, as well as preparation of precise sales reports (budgeting, forecasts, monthly reports) and well-founded market and competition analyses
Your Profile & Location Preference
- Scenario A:You are based in Spain (or Italy/Portugal) and are willing to travel 3-4 days a month to the German HQ for strategic alignment
- Scenario B:You already live in Germany (or are open to relocation) and will travel extensively to South Europe to grow the market
- Business fluent Spanish is a must; English or German is required for internal communication
- Completed vocational training or a degree (preferably in a technical, commercial, or related field)
- Several years of proven experience in active international sales or a comparable role
- A strong understanding of complex technical products and the interrelationships in an international sales environment
