Hard skills - What you should ideally bring:

Completed vocational training in business administration or logistics, with relevant work experience, preferably in the logistics sector
Leadership experience and workforce planning skills
Very good knowledge of warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility and resilience
Very good English skills (German is not essential)
Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system - Monday to Sunday - including weekends)
