Stellenbeschreibung

• Acting as the central coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the entire supply chain
• Daily monitoring of supply chain performance to ensure full transparency
• Acting as a primary problem-solver for conflicts regarding goods receipt, internal transport, and shipping
• Active coordination and execution of reverse logistics processes
• Management of inventory levels in close alignment with suppliers and internal customers
• Close collaboration with external suppliers and internal cross-functional departments
• Joint implementation of preventative measures to ensure a reliable supply chain
• Analysis of delays and independent prioritization of urgent tasks
• Management of short- and long-term operational measures (e.g., logistics improvement, shortage management)

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Business administration, industrial engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics or a comparable qualification
• More than three years of professional experience in the field of:
  • Customer service
  • Planning / material procurement
  • Purchasing
  • Project management
• Good knowledge of SAP/R3
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
• Basic German skills
• French or Spanish is an advantage
