Stellenbeschreibung
- Securing on time and on quality delivery performance based on Key Performance Indicators, with immediate containment actions in order to protect the Airbus industrial system (mainly Airbus Final Assembly Lines)
- Initiating and following recovery plans with suppliers in case of delivery or quality performance degradation
- Industrial qualification of couple products and suppliers according to Airbus supplier requirements (ASR) and in accordance with airworthiness requirements
- Conduct industrial supplier audits and assessments
- Development of industrial capacity and capability of cabin suppliers to achieve Airbus strategic targets (e.g. ramp-up, sustainability) using continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. APQP, Lean) and joint development projects (e.g. SQIP)
- Monitoring New Product Introduction and Transfers of Work through the supply chain to ensure E2E consistency and on time and on quality performance
- Proactive management of industrial risks coordinating with internal and external concerned parties
- Managing interfaces with internal stakeholders, such as MFT leaders, programs and FALs (communication, customer/supplier relation & meetings, improvement actions)
- Communicating at all levels within the supplier's organization and Airbus to influence the decision making
Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of aircraft manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain quality, supply chain logistics, technic or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of:
- Supplier management
- Aerospace
- Quality management
- Quality assurance
- Supply chain / logistics
- Experience in the field of risk management and total quality management
- Knowledge and practice of quality management tools (e.g. APQP, Control Plan, PFMEA, 8D/9S, VSM)
- Good knowledge of using SAP/R3, Windows and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of industrial audits (product, process) and assessments (CMA, AeroExcellence) is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Proficiant German skills
- French is a plus
- Willingness to travel (once a month)
