Stellenbeschreibung

Sizing of structural parts, components, and installations (metal & carbon fiber) using advanced analysis tools, FEM techniques, and classical methods
Trade-off analyses for design solutions and structural concepts
Analysis of mechanical systems and equipment integration
Preparation of analysis reports to support airframe qualification
Damage assessment, repair development, manufacturing support, and stakeholder communication including evaluation of nonconformities

Anforderungsprofil

Completed studies in the field of aerspace
Professional experience as engineer in aircraft structural analysis
Experience in the application of specific stress analysis and FEM tools (e.g. Nastran, Hyperworks etc.)
Knowledge of using of standard stress analysis methods (e.g. HSB, Bruhn, ESDU, Roark & Young)
Fluent in English and German
