As the Strategy Lead (f/m/x), you will spearhead the validation of product-market fit for our ambitious new products and features, navigating the introduction of innovative features and exploring new geographical markets for Aaron.ai.
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for driving the business side of the validation process for the product-market fit of our new products and features.
- You are leading and overseeing cross-departmental projects aimed at scaling them from a limited user base to thousands of active users.
- You are owning the relationship management for key technical partnerships, ensuring a continuous enhancement of their impact on customer value and sales growth.
- In close collaboration with our strategy team and founders, you are actively contributing to the development of sustainable and value-oriented competitive strategies.
- You are working closely with the top management team to devise intelligent strategies for expanding our product scope, both in terms of value creation and geographical reach.
- You are laying the groundwork by establishing processes, tools, and recruitment strategies for specialized business development teams in the future.
Your experience and skills:
- You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Go-to-Market Manager or in a similar role.
- You bring at least 2+ years of experience in a SaaS startup.
- You have a data driven mindset and are an outstanding communicator.
- A proven track record of successfully leading Go-to-Market projects involving more than 10 stakeholders.
- First experience in Digital Health or the Healthcare industry and an understanding of our target customers is a must.
- You speak German and English fluently.
- Experience or an interest in AI, as well as a good technical understanding is a plus.
