Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
- You will be the single point of contact for the Customer Journey Managers.
- You will support Markets to reach their sales targets by striving for defined Website KPIs and by delivering agreed Services.
- You work together with colleagues from all over Europe on a daily base.
- Supporting with global/regional Content/Feature Rollouts Managing national Requests/Requirements Monitoring Website KPIs and initiating measures (close gaps, use potentials).
- Consulting the Market regarding the Website Toolbox to integrate local content into the Website efficiently.
- Updating Customer Journey Managers regarding Website News (e.g. Website Journey Updates, new Features in Website Product such as Configurator or Vehicle Finder).
Fachliche Anforderungen
- Relevant practical experience in the set up and steering of digital marketing activities.
- Good understanding of cross channel (Media/CIM) journeys.
- A big interest to work with data and technology.
- European orientation with ability to work in a cultural diverse environment.
- Studies in business administration, communication science, computer science with a specialization in marketing.
- Open and curious mind eager to learn and to play in a team.
- Languages: English fluent, German fluent, other languages desirable.
