Solution Support Engineer Czech Republic (m/f/d)
We are looking for an experienced technical support colleagues passionate about IT, working from home office in Czech Republic. As a self-motivated team player with a strong technical background and good communication skills, you will support our customers with technical and commercial advice before, during and after purchasing our products and by provide on-site, phone or email technical troubleshooting and conducting technical trainings.
Your area of responsibility would include:
- On-site, phone and e-mail technical troubleshooting and conducting technical training for existing as well as new potential customers
- On-site support for project business development
- Consult our customers on product capabilities and solutions
- Assist, prepare and conduct training for business partners
- Cooperation on strategic sales activities with German office, Key Account Manager and distributor network & channel partners
- Prepare technical setup and attend events alone or together with the German-based Product Management team or Czech-Based Key Account Manager
- Technical support for Product Management team and Key Account Manager
Your professional and personal requirements:
- A relevant IT qualification and at least 3 years of working experience in the field of technical support or technical consultancy
- Advanced knowledge in networking, storage, NAS, virtualization and Linux
- Strong communication skills in Czech or Slovak and English
- Customer service experience that combining clear, polite and confident manner with target focus
- Good presentation skills
- Creative and innovative mindset to solve problems
- Self-responsibility and a strong strategic mindset
- Strong team player
- Home based in Czech Republic with driving license and required own car for customer visits throughout the country (compensation package will be presented)
