At JUMiNGO, we're on the lookout for a Site Reliability Engineer (all genders) who’s ready to shape and optimize our cloud infrastructure from the ground up. You’ll be the driving force behind reliability, performance, and automation—working in a team that’s eager to keeping things scalable, resilient, and hands-off (because who likes manual work anyway?). Join us full-time in Cologne or remotely!
What you’ll do
- Own and enhance our cloud infrastructure with a laser focus on scalability, performance, and reliability. Google Cloud is your playground!
- Design, implement, and refine our CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to make deployments seamless and stress-free
- Ensure our systems are containerized, automated, and bulletproof using Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker
- Develop and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to guarantee high availability
- Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure our setup is reproducible, automated, and effortlessly scalable
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile (Scrum-based) environment to drive DevOps best practices
- Be a force for change: Identify weak spots, optimize performance, and introduce new tools and methodologies to push us forward

About you
- You've spent at least 5 years mastering Google Cloud, GitLab, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker—and you’re confident in setting up infrastructure from scratch
- Reliability, automation, and scalability are second nature to you, and you’re always thinking two steps ahead
- You have a deep understanding of software design principles, ensuring resilient, secure, and high-performance systems
- Experience in monitoring and alerting? Check. You know how to detect and fix potential issues before they even happen
- You're well-versed in agile methodologies (Scrum is our way of working, and you’ll fit right in)
- You communicate effectively and proactively—complex problems don’t scare you, and you enjoy collaborating with different teams
- You bring a proactive, solution-driven mindset and are eager to take ownership and make an impact
