The job
You will be the ears and eyes of our customers. You understand the needs and wishes and pains and what exactly makes a customer happy through a top-notch design and usability-experience. Because of you, people love to use Kenjo.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Designing elegant flows and interactions for a global audience across multiple platforms.
- You have experience in SaaS product design with a strong usability focus that you can demonstrate in a strong portfolio.
- Participate in all design phases, from concept to design to production (evaluations, user-flows, user-feedback, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, visual mockups, AB testing etc.).
- Conduct user testing, interviews and correlating analysis.
- Develop, iterate and implement holistically components for our design system.
- Guide product decisions through user research, customer development and iterative feedback loops.
- Identify best practices and establish a data-driven, user-centric approach.
- You are capable to proactively scale and prioritize design processes in order to deliver high quality work within a defined timeline and comfortable work pace for your team.
- Great communicator you can maintain a clear flow of information and mutual understanding regarding project goals and priorities to your team and stakeholders.
The person
What we think it takes to be successful at this job
- University degree or equivalent in UX/UI design, graphic design, visual communication or related similar field.
- 3+ years of experience as full stack UI/UX designer.
- Organizational skills, present and execute visionary work, from high level flows to hands-on visual mockups.
- Mastering of key prototyping/visualisation prototyping tools (Adobe suite /XD, Sketch, invision, Figma, Miro, Principle, etc.).
- Cross-platform design experience - mobile to desktop.
- Proficient in best practices for UI/UX design, user-centered design processes, as well as a knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.
- Excellent graphic design skills (layout, typography, color).
- Product design experience in HR product is a big plus.
- You have some entrepreneurial experience and know how to make use of it on a daily basis (plus).
- Understanding of front-end technology like HTML, CSS or rapid prototyping (plus)
