TASKS
Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, business, or life science field.
- 9+ years of experience as a System Analyst supporting and implementing large-scale IT solutions including software deployment, business analysis, project management, and process improvement, especially in the areas of Banking and Cash Management.
- Experience in implementing Oracle Cash Management. Must have hands-on experience in setting up Banks, Bank Statement Imports, Bank Reconciliation processes - Cash flows.
- Experience in implementing Payables bank integrations. Must have hands-on experience in setting up new Payment methods, Payment formats, and Bank Integrations.
- Experience in supporting month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation in Cash Management.
- Ability to handle technical tasks such as reviewing technical solutions and troubleshooting is required.
- Experience developing and supporting an integrated enterprise-level ERP system, preferably Oracle EBS.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent documentation skills including requirements, functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and validation protocols.
- Strong experience supporting systems and processes utilizing GAMP5, GMP, and ITIL service management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workflow design.
- Demonstrated technical understanding of application architecture to include application servers, web servers, configuration files, relational databases, SQL, and reporting applications.
- MS Office knowledge (Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio). Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle EBS or Fusion Financial modules.
- Experience in Biotechnology or Pharma industries a plus.

Job Description:
As a Senior ERP System Analyst at Seagen, you will have the opportunity to join a team of IT professionals collaborating with and supporting the business needs of our Finance international organization, with high collaboration with the global team. As you collaborate with this organization, you will provide technical consultation, support with troubleshooting and changing existing processes, leadership from design to implementation for new requests, IT GMP validation execution, and administration support for assigned systems. This position requires solid technical and functional understanding of Banking/ERP processes and an ability to clearly communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
Senior Responsibilities:
- Served as senior business systems analyst for Oracle EBS in support of Finance workstream for project, enhancements, and KTLO (sustaining) work, primarily in the areas of banking and cash management.
- Provide senior-level support in the efforts to expand the utilization of the ERP solution, with a focus on Finance AP. Knowledge of Finance GL, AR, Fixed Assets, Sub-ledger Accounting, Standard Cost, FSG, E-Business Tax, Intercompany Pricing, as well as Cash Management, and Banking Integrations, is preferred.
- Responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of assigned IT systems and applications, including the required testing and UAT before implementation.
- Conduct business analysis, requirements gathering, document and design solutions, systems analysis, and application administration tasks.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing application systems; and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Support the periodic cadence of SOX internal audit reviews and provide any support or information needed.
- Develop effective working relationships with internal customers and vendors.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and knowledge of IT solutions, and applications management through product cycles and business environments.
- Identify risk and mitigation plans in conjunction with the business and other IT partners.
- Connects with business stakeholders regularly and applications and technology to address their needs.
- Prioritizes activities and quickly adapts to changing situations.
- Advises management on technical and process issues.
- Assist our internal customers in developing use cases and scenarios for testing.
- Maintains productive and positive interpersonal relationships within IT.
