JOB SUMMARY

Implementation of immunohistochemistry assay development and validation service projects for pre-clinical and clinical research with a focus on oncology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scientific project management and project-related support in the development and validation of chromogenic and fluorescent (multiplex) IHC assays for customers from the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
• Writing of study reports in English
• Working under standards of ISO 9001 and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Working in a team of scientists, technical assistants and pathologists

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed studies in biology, biochemistry or comparable natural science (minimum M.Sc., Ph.D. also welcome)
• High interest/proficieny in technology/technics
• Ideally experience with immunohistochemistry or immunofluorescence
• Ideally working experience in industry
