TASKS
Skills:
- Good verbal & written communication skills, self-organized.
- Good knowledge of industrial establishments in West India.
- Understanding of engineering equipment's, processes & applications
- Willing to travel 80% of time independently & jointly visits with distributors.
- Self-motivated, self-driven, & hard working.
- Target-oriented, can-do attitude.
- Good negotiations skills, analytical skills
- customer service minded.
- Experience in working with OEM customers as well as end-users.
- Quick learner, team spirit.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification :
Diploma or B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
Deliverables :
- Time-bound achievement of sales budget in the region.
- Sales development in the south region by identifying new markets and new customers
- Handle & grow business with existing customers
- Develop distribution network
- Generate new ideas, work in inter departments to submit techno-commercial proposals & close deals
- Voice of customers, market information, competition information.
For the right candidates, higher CTC can be considered.
- Fluent English, Hindi, and Marathi
