Stellenbeschreibung

• Lead and/or contribute to transverse projects in the department's project portfolio
• Define, implement and drive a project team/organization all along the project phases, including people coming from other functions (matrix organizations)
• Solid project planning, business case and milestone delivery in accordance with the plan as well as the department's Portfolio and Finance rules, for project lead or contribution
• Ensure active risk and opportunity management for the project
• Concise decision/steering committee dossiers or other project review material to be presented to the department's Management
• Regularly communicate on the status, progress and potential risks of your projects to the relevant stakeholder community
• Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt and seek for simplification

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of engineering, Business Administration, international management, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of customer service, project leadership, project management, and stakeholder management
• First knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Good knowledge of Change and Project management
• Basic knowledge of process and risk management
• Fluent in English
• Airbus experience is required
• Travel ability 4-6x a year
