Stellenbeschreibung
Your tasks:
- Provide comprehensive support in managing the financial performance of the A320 Family program, ensuring alignment with overarching program goals
- Coordinate the bottom-up annual budgeting process (AOP) across all Project Delivery Teams (PDTs), including Airframe, Systems, Cabin, Powerplant within the ASA perimeter
- Responsible for the preparation and delivery of quarterly Forecast (FC) reports to the head of department, providing actionable insights into financial performance across Airbus Aerostructures and Airbus Atlantic
- Serve as the primary interface between AiCo (Airbus Commercial), Airbus Aerostructures, and Airbus Atlantic for FC and AOP exercises, including the analysis of discrepancies and the identification of Risks & Opportunities (R&O)
- Monitor project budgets versus actuals and oversee financial reporting within the framework of NRP (Non-Recurring Price) offers and Purchase Order (PO) management
- Ensure commercial alignment with subsidiaries on Statement of Work (SoW) content, deliverables, and financial milestones
- Manage the end-to-end PO lifecycle, including invoicing and Goods Receipt (GR) processes for all launched orders on an annual basis
- Drive the "New Way of Working" by implementing lessons learned to optimize collaboration and financial workflows between Airbus Commercial and its subsidiaries
- Develop and maintain standardized formats, templates, and working documents to harmonize the Way of Working (WoW) across the extended enterprise (AiCo, Atlantic, Aerostructures)

Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of Iindustrial engineering, business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of:
- Finance
- Supplier management
- Product development
- Project management
- Supply chain
- Experience in change, risk and project management
- Airbus experience is an advantage
- Project management level (Airbus internal): Iron, advantageous
- Knowledge of using SAP and Google workspace
- Knowledge of using skywise is an advantage
- Fluent in English and German
- French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel (once every two months within the EU)
