Stellenbeschreibung

• Develop and manage long-, mid-, and short-term production planning for the A400M MRO & Retrofit program, ensuring alignment with baseline strategy, tactical objectives, and operational execution
• Define load and capacity planning strategies while coordinating recovery plans and incorporating customer requirements as well as program commitments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure effective planning and execution
• Lead the implementation and governance of the Master Production Schedule, including daily, weekly, and monthly planning meetings to monitor performance and drive delivery targets
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean and Operational Excellence principles and leading multi-site projects to optimize planning processes and establish best practices

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Engineering, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering
• Professional experience in the field of Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering and Process Planning
• Very good knowledge in using MS Office
• Fluent in English
• English CV is required
