Stellenbeschreibung
- Deliver performance dashboards and spend reports to allow users and management make the right decisions to achieve Airbus’ objectives
- Secure external certifications privileges by maintaining, creating and updating procurement processes for the benefits of Procurement and its customers
- Ensure procurement process deployment, awareness and guidance to safeguard Procurement teams’ compliance with applicable legislation, external and internal requirements
- Contribute to the operational performance of Procurement by managing and improving process adherence and maturity
Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Major End-results:
- Using Input: Internal and External Data and business problems
- Producing Output: Easy-to-understand insights and visualization
- Manage interfaces that are related to the development life cycle
- Based on data modelling provided by IT, with a focus on business needs, extract and integrate both structured and unstructured data from various databases/data-stores
- Develop, test and implement the most suitable analytical models to identify meaningful patterns or trends from complex data sets and types
- Implement the analytics pipeline against the business needs
- Analyze and improve regularly the accuracy of models against business needs
- Communicate findings through effective and easy-to-understand data visualizations adapted to the audience
- Act as the interface between the internal customers’ functions, the data ecosystem and the requested solution
- Coach the function in a data-driven mind-set
- Actively contribute and share best practices, findings and techniques with the wider data community
- Present outputs to management
- Coordinate the department’s and internal customers’ requirements for the IT tool development, partially with external companies
- Act as project manager for change requests or new product development

Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, degree & background in data analytics / data science, Information Technology or a comparable qualfiication
- Professional experience in the field of IT/informatin systems
- Strong project management skills, a PM certification will be a plus
- Very good knowledge of using MS-Office
- IT background would be a plus
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel (Spain, France or UK)
