Your responsibilities
Parts availability & project supply
- Ensure timely availability of all vehicle components in line with project and operational schedules.
- Guarantee readiness of spare parts, assemblies, and components for workshop, testing, and race events.
- Maintain a structured overview of the lifecycle of GT vehicle components.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and critical supply needs and escalate where necessary.
Parts coordination & interface management
- Close coordination with engineering and workshop teams regarding operational parts requirements.
- Act as the central interface between parts management, engineering, and workshop operations.
- Organize the flow of parts to and from global motorsport events.
- Ensure clear, structured, and transparent communication regarding availability, status, and priorities.
Inventory, planning & systems
- Support volume and stock planning in collaboration with relevant departments
- Maintain ERP and living systems to ensure transparent control of inventory and component lifecycles
- Continuously document parts movements and relevant project data
- Support preparation of demand and status information for project and management reviews
Event support
- Operational support for preparation and execution of test and race events.
- Coordination of parts flow during national and international motorsport events.
- Tracking of returned components, serviced parts, and outstanding requirements.
- Ensure feedback from events is integrated into planning and parts strategy.
Quality & continuous improvement
- Work to high-quality standards with a structured and methodical approach.
- Interpret technical drawings to correctly identify and assess components.
- Identify and implement improvements in processes, warehouse structure, and interfaces.
- Work solution-oriented in a fast-paced motorsport environment where performance and reliability are critical.
Your profile
- Technical education with several years of experience in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of vehicle components, inventory management, and parts logistics (motorsport or automotive preferred).
- Experience with ERP and lifing systems is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Structured, precise, and highly reliable working style.
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to perform under time pressure.
- Independent, flexible, and responsible working approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for a dynamic racing environment.
- Motorsport experience is an advantage.
- High willingness to travel and flexibility for weekend work during tests and events.
- Driving licence required.
- Strong English skills required, German skills are an advantage.
