Stellenbeschreibung

• Ensure the reliability of the work planning using systematic methods (e.g., AOS, Lean) and in collaboration with the entire Airframe Analysis community and the project organisation
• Harmonize planning assumptions across all projects and sites
• Support the teams in project planning and project steering
• Conduct a status quo analysis of work methods and procedures, involving the entire Airframe Analysis community and the relevant work environment
• Record and harmonize detailed project planning activities within the Airframe Analysis department
• Define improvement measures and participate in the determination of key figures for tracking the improvements
• Lead corresponding improvement projects or initiatives and ensure the sustainable implementation of the improvement measures
• Create dashboard overviews regarding improvement measures, potential, and generated added value within the Airframe Analysis department
• Coordinate with equivalent contacts within Airbus Aerostructures Engineering with the aim of holistic and consistent improvement
• Support the process-oriented way of working

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineer, engineering or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of:
  • Engineering
  • Leadership experience
  • Aerospace
  • Project management
  • Process improvement
  • Performance management
  • Lean management
  • KVP
• Experience in structural analysis is desirable.
• Experience in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and using them to create added value
• Good knowledge of using MS-Project
• Knowledge of using Google Workspace and planning tools (e,g. Kaban)
• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel within Germany (once a month)
