Your Tasks:
- Lead production team, support functions and team leaders
- Prioritize the activity; plan and manage the weekly workload
- Ensure slot allocations
- Organize and conduct group meetings; ensure and verify project updating progress
- Ensure job performance according to job description sheets
- Participate in hand over meetings, analyze and record NCs; initiate corrective actions
Your Profile:
- Dipl.-Ing. / M.Sc. / B.Sc. / certified technican in aeronautics
- Profund aeronautical experience
- Management experience
- Knowledge of management procedures, team building and production methods
- IT Skills (Word, Excel, MS Project, SAP)
- Fluent English language skills are prerequisite, French and German are an asset
