- to take care of the monthly payroll of the German hotels (about 1300 paychecks per month with the support of 3 colleagues) in compliance with all current legal provisions
- to be the contact person for the hotel directors, as well as for thedepartment heads and for the authorities; including registration and certification
- to support the annual audit in all aspects of payroll accounting for the German companies
The difference you make:
- a completed commercial education as well as a successfully completed vocational training in the field of payroll or a comparable qualification in the field of HR
- professional experience in German payroll accounting, you have current and well-founded knowledge in the areas of employment, social security and tax law
- safe and experienced handling of payroll systems, knowledge of the duty plan system ATOSS and the payroll systems SBS are an advantage
- very good computer and German knowledge (spoken and written); English is an advantage
- dynamic and communicative personality with team spirit and a conscience as well as discreet way of working
