Fenchem Biotek Ltd. headquartered in Nanjing, China was founded in 1995. Our first German branch was opened in Cologne in spring 2013. As an international and global group, Fenchem Biotek Ltd. also other locations in the USA, South Africa, Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil and the Czech Republic.
For our Cologne based office we are currently looking for a
(Junior) International Sales Representative European Markets (m/w/d)
Your challenges:
- You are responsible for acquiring new customers and building your own customer base
- Attend to our existing customer base
- Market research and analysis to identify profitable projects
- Representation of the company, as well as active sale of our range of products and services
- Independent preparation of offers and processing of orders
- Recognize trends and work out new solutions and approaches in cooperation with product development
- Visit local and international trade fairs and support with trade fair appearances
- Negotiate with decision-makers at eye level
- Coordination of business relationship with our HQ in China
What we are looking for:
- Completed commercial training or business studies – initiative applicants are also very welcome
- (First) professional experience in sales is desirable, but not an exclusive criterion
- Ideally (but not mandatory) knowledge of additives for dietary supplements, functional food, cosmetics and animal feed
- Confident/ Proficient use of common MS Office applications and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Language skills at native level of the respective national language (e.g. Italian, French, Polish)
- Good to very good knowledge of English
- Working independently an result oriented on the base of priorities and deadlines
- Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Empathy, perseverance and assertiveness
- Readiness to travel
