Stellenbeschreibung

• Provision new software packages and upgrades, ensuring the IT infrastructure remains operational and compliant with agreed OLAs/SLAs
• Monitor system performance against SLAs, analyze system failures, resolve incidents, and escalate complex issues to technical teams or vendors when required
• Perform ITIL-based support processes, including incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management
• Manage system backups, lead disaster recovery testing, and implement technologies and process improvements to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and availability
• Provide 24/7 operational support as needed, communicate product improvements, updates, and obsolescence to IT Product Management, and ensure business continuity through proactive monitoring and maintenance

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Computer Science
• Professional experience in the field of IT, ITIL processes, HPE computer hardware and administration of VMware vSphere and Nutanix environments
• Fluent in German and English
• Availability for 24/7 on call duty
