Started in France in 2016, uses the power of reliable, dynamic and tangible traffic data insights (pedestrian/vehicle) in our SaaS platform to help companies take quicker and better decisions.
We already serve more than 300 customers in many different sectors (retail, real estate, consulting companies, cities) all over Europe to help them expand their businesses, analyze or predict performances of investments, understand their customers’ habits, benchmark their results with competition
IHRE AUFGABEN
- As a Growth Marketing Manager Germany, your mission is to support our expansion on the German market, to make the leader in traffic analytics and to generate business opportunities;
- work with an experienced team organized in two squads:
- An acquisition team composed of a Senior Growth Engineer, growth marketers and an inbound expert.
- A corporate marketing team in charge of our brand, content and events. You will therefore join a multidisciplinary and growing team.
- Generate leads and work on our existing acquisition channels: sales emailing, LinkedIn automation, LinkedIn Ads, website conversion;
- Experiment to optimize existing channels and find growth drivers Create marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and Google ads from A to Z
- Localize our content with copy writing, value proposition and visuals adapted to the German culture Organise webinars: choose an impactful theme, create the media, manage the invitations and the event
- Develop ’s reputation by participating in major events and developing our partnerships
IHR PROFIL
- You graduated from a business school, marketing school or university equivalent
- You are passionate about digital, enthusiastic and curious
- You speak German perfectly, having lived in Germany and/or being a native speaker is a big plus
- You have a strong analytical mind
- Organised, you can deliver quality work quickly
- You are autonomous on Google Ads, HubSpot or salesforce, Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads, Unbounce or an equivalent to generate landing pages
- You have a first professional experience in a startup or in a digital agency, you are autonomous, rigorous and willing
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a good communicator (oral and written)
- You are creative and innovative
