In der Industrie steckt das wichtigste Wissen in den Köpfen einzelner Menschen: Wie eine Maschine eingerichtet wird, wie ein Ablauf im ERP-System funktioniert, worauf es beim Qualitätscheck ankommt. Klassische Dokumentation hält da nicht mit – sie ist aufwendig zu erstellen, schnell veraltet und wird kaum gelesen.
Deshalb haben wir Clypp entwickelt: Mitarbeitende nehmen einen Prozess einfach per Bildschirm oder Handykamera auf, unsere KI macht daraus fertige Prozessdokumentation. Automatischer Schnitt und Tonverbesserung, KI-Voiceover, Untertitel und Übersetzungen in über 100 Sprachen, Schritt-für-Schritt-SOPs mit Screenshots, BPMN-Modelle sowie Schulungen mit automatisch generierten Quizfragen. Geteilt wird das Wissen dort, wo gearbeitet wird: per QR-Code an der Maschine, mobil, im ERP oder über unsere Integrationen und die Chrome-Erweiterung.

What can you expect?
What you do day to day: Write code. Building features for our web app and mobile app, from user interfaces and data tables to video playback and recording, and shipping them to customers from day one.
Who you build for: People in manufacturing companies who create, find and share video tutorials, at their desk and wherever they work.
How AI comes in: You connect our AI features to the app and make them simple and intuitive to use.
What happens after you ship: You turn user feedback into better interfaces.
Who you work with: Directly with our founders and our product team.
What should you bring?
Studies: You're enrolled in computer science, business informatics, media informatics or a similar field.
Prior experience: Previous work experience as an intern or working student or group university project (like a Praktikum).
Solid fundamentals: Solid coding fundamentals and a real understanding of the code you write. You write minimalistic yet functional code and have an eye for edge case handling.
Web skills: First experience building web or mobile apps with JavaScript, HTML and CSS, Angular and React.
App skills: First experience in Android app development in react and Kotlin.
Languages: Very good English, written and spoken. German would be nice to have.
Nice to have: Understanding of frontend architecture and an eye for clean UX.
Location: Based in Munich area to regularly join us at the office.
Work permit: Unrestricted work permit for Germany.
