Purpose and aim of the job

For our well-known customer we are looking for an experienced and communicative foreman (m/f/d) in order picking for the location Straelen.

Your work

You are the contact person for the employees in the picking area
You mediate between the customer and employees
You are responsible for the qualitative processes in the respective department
You carry out familiarization and training
You are in close contact with the respective project manager

Your profile:

You have a good command of written and spoken German.
You also have oral knowledge of English, Romanian, Polish or Bulgarian.
You have professional experience in order picking
First management experience desirable
You have team spirit, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
Your way of working is solution-oriented
