A tech company located in Munich is looking for a Financial Analyst / Controller (m/f/d) to provide insights and analyses, strive to improve transparency and support decision making from a financial perspective
TASKS
- Own and further develop the controlling function and processes, challenging the status quo with regard to sales profitability, pricing, tracking and processes
- Develop and monitor the KPI framework, as well as identify and support implementation of performance improvement measures
- Constantly strive to improve the transparency and accuracy of financial and wider operational topics
- Challenge and strive to improve existing finance processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling as well as business case evaluations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the company’s ERP system
- Support internal and external stakeholder reporting processes
- On-demand / peak season cross-functional support within the finance department
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or an equivalent degree)
- 1-3 years work experience in an Advisory, Audit, Controlling or related finance function
- Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting and finance
- Experience in preparing and managing business cases, budget planning, financial forecasts, controlling and reporting processes
- Result-oriented and able to work both independently as well as within a team
- Hands on mentality with exceptional numerical and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English and German skills required
- Project management skills is a plus
