Megaventory is looking for its Athens, Greece office for an:
ERP SALES PROFESSIONAL
Megaventory is the web startup that changes the everyday life of employees in commercial businesses. It does this by offering a complete, flexible, and state-of-the-art, cloud ERP application which can meet all the business needs of a company.
Every day, hundreds of employees use our application to process customer orders, replenish and monitor their inventory, and manage the company's production and reporting. Megaventory is one of the first startups offering Software as a Service ERP. It has managed to establish itself in the global ranking with customers in more than 40 countries organically and without external borrowing or venture capital financing.
It is from this privileged position that we continue to enrich our product and grow our customer base by designing and implementing new sales initiatives. We are interested in employing an ERP Sales Professional who will actively set up and manage these initiatives under our guidance.
The ERP Sales Professional will be working from the Greek office at the center of Athens (next to the metro station). Compensation will be a combination of a base salary plus a commission on sales.

TASKS
- Prospecting of leads in the Greek and the global market (with a focus on the USA)
- Organizing and handling in-person and remote meetings with leads and clients in the Greek and the global market (with a focus on the USA)
- Understanding and documenting the pain points and the requirements of leads and clients
- Communicating with leads and clients through calls, email, and live chat for clarifications and pre-/after-sales support
- Updating and evolving the Megaventory CRM (Intercom) and analytics set-up
- Contribution to the non-technical onboarding after-sales process (data entry, account configuration, customization, etc)
- Combination of existing and new tools to cover the needs of leads and clients
- Communication with existing clients to identify needs to reduce churn and increase upsell
- Creation of new sales channels
- Creation of sales collateral material (text, video, etc)
- Contribution to optimizing the sales process (funnel improvements)
REQUIREMENTS
Necessary:
- Professionalism, organization, ownership, and autonomy
- Previous experience in ERP sales and marketing
- Fluent (native-like) command of the English language both in written and spoken form
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Completed military service, if applicable, and owner of personal driving license
Desired:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT
- Adequate knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Familiarization with basic internet concepts and technology (API, XML, JSON, FTP, etc)
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce solutions (eg any of WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, etc)
- Basic knowledge of CRM solutions
- Basic knowledge of the Greek and USA ERP market
