We are looking for a qualified and motivated E-Commerce Manager to join our Digital Marketing Division.
Your mission
As a E-Commerce Manager you will be in charge of leading the quantitative and qualitative improvement of the digital-platforms (websites, apps) on their multiple aspects. You will play a key role in the digital transformation of Salt and its sub-brands.
Your duties
- Ensure the digital platforms (websites, apps) commercial strategy, technical evolution and maintenance.
- Drive the web transformation projects.
- Build and maintain automatic reports to follow micro conversion KPIs almost on real time, and react proactively on any KPIs warnings.
- Build and ensure the execution of the improvement plan to fight against any conversion killer and to raise conversion rate on websites.
- Identify and perform added value AB tests, and ensure that decisions taken are compliant with learnings.
- Push Analytics approach on the team and use learning to drive team priorities and commercial strategies.
- Ensure the marketing atractiveness and the sales driven approach of the websites animation.
- Coordinate the commercial roadmap execution assuring the brand consistency and web performance compliancy. Ensure operational back up and business continuity of team’s activities.
- Supervise, support, develop a team of 3 skilled specialists.
What you bring
- 5 to 7 years experience of web mastering in a e-commerce organisation.
- A previous experience as team leader / team manager will be a strong asset.
- Proven successful experience web UX improvement & conversion optimisation.
- Marketing sales mind set & Project leading skills.
- Deep understanding of IT environment supporting a website.
- Web analytics skills: think with excel formulas and play Google (or Adobe) Analytics like Chopin plays piano.
- Team player, you are able to push your own conviction but taking always into account the multiple opinions of your environment.
- Mastery of English is mandatory, French and/or German would be a strong asset.
