Stellenbeschreibung

• Act as the Cross-FAL Voice of the Customer, representing all four global FALs, serving as the primary business interface for central digital projects, and holding Go/No-Go authority for solution deployments
• Drive Cross-FAL strategy and standardization by identifying priorities, validating requirements with stakeholders, and leading convergence towards common processes and target solutions across all FALs
• Manage portfolio integration by evaluating, prioritizing, and aligning new business requests and ideas with the overall digital strategy and integrating them into the project portfolio
• Lead end-to-end requirements engineering by translating business needs into project requirements, creating User Stories, capturing Lessons Learned, measuring business value, and ensuring alignment between business, shopfloor, and project teams
• Ensure successful deployment and governance by coordinating technical, financial, and organizational readiness, including BAT, change management, training, budgeting, milestone reviews, and leading the Deployment Start Milestone

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Aerospace
• Professional experience in the field of Change Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management and Production Planning
• Experience in the field of Process Management and LeanManagement
• Good knowledge in using Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel
