Stellenbeschreibung

• Conduct aerodynamic analysis using numerical, experimental, and theoretical methods to support the development of advanced aircraft configurations
• Design and optimize aerodynamic aircraft shapes, evaluating and presenting the most effective solutions in a multidisciplinary environment
• Develop and enhance aerodynamic software toolchains through scripting and automation based on defined requirements
• Create and validate aerodynamic models and datasets covering the full aircraft flight envelope
• Deliver high-quality aerodynamic solutions on time and within budget while collaborating closely with disciplines such as structures, loads, flight dynamics, and mass properties

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Mathematics, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• Professional experience in the field of Design Engineering, Aerospace, CFD simulation and numerical & experimental aerodynamic methods
• Very good knowledge of using 3D-CAD-systems (e.g. Catia V5) and programming languages (Python, C, C++)
• Fluent in English, proficient in German
