Customer Success Manager m/f/d
to join our wonderful CS team here in Berlin.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- You consult with our customers (signed customer management only) around the functions of our platform GIATA DRIVE
- You take over the onboarding process for individual hotels as well as hotel groups and guide them through setup, configuration and training
- You develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding materials for knowledge bases, documentation and training resources
- You act as the primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional technical support and guidance to ensure successful product adoption and value realization for new and existing customers
- You collaborate within cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to overall customer success metrics and the product sufficiency
WHO YOU ARE
- You are currently based in Berlin or open to relocate
- You already gained experience in B2B customer management, preferably with tech solutions and/ or the tourism industry
- You have experience with CRM systems and their maintenance
- You offer excellent communication skills, written and verbally
- You are fluent in English and German at a professional level
