Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
- Design and execute international digital campaigns along the full customer journey for Europe.
- Provide hands-on operational consulting and guidance to local markets.
- Manage and steer media and creative agencies to deliver outstanding campaign results proved by KPI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Digital Hub, Campaign Management, Artwork, Product Management, Events, and local markets).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to continuously optimize impact.
Fachliche Anforderungen
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specialized in Customer Journey (mandatory).
- A strong interest in emerging digital marketing trends and innovations as well as data driven marketing, impact analysis.
- Solid project management skills with a structured and proactive mindset.
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
