Stellenbeschreibung
- Collect information from our company agreements and policies related to compensation, benefits and grading, structure and summarise those in clear terms.
- Prepare and analyze reward data, generate reports, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with stakeholders in different countries and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Contribute to the design of new reward programs.
- Describe Reward policies and procedures for HR stakeholders and our employees.
- Contribute to administer existing compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus schemes.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to provide support on reward-related matters, such as job evaluations, salary reviews, and individual compensation cases.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits regulations and company policies.
- Participate in reward-related projects, such as system implementations or process improvements.
- Propose alternative ways of managing or communicating on our compensation and benefits programmes

Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of business adminisitration, business administration/ HR finance, economics, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of finance and human recources
- Experience in C&B or labour relations
- Very good knowledge of using MS-Office and SAP
- Good knowledge of using Excel/Google Sheet
- Knowledge with Workday, Automation and AI solutions is a plus
- Fluent in German and Englisch
