Stellenbeschreibung

• Lead and mentor Scrum Masters and multiple Scrum teams, fostering a servant-leadership culture and coaching teams and senior leaders on Scrum and, where required, SAFe
• Establish and maintain Configuration Management processes, including version control, baselines, change control and traceability, while integrating Systems Engineering principles across requirements, architecture, integration and verification
• Manage cross-team dependencies and program-level risks, remove structural impediments and collaborate with DevOps to establish and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and a Definition of Done covering configuration and quality criteria
• Monitor and report agile delivery metrics such as velocity, PI predictability, change lead time and baseline compliance through dashboards for stakeholders
• Align delivery with Business Owners and Product Management to ensure measurable business value in every increment, while promoting a risk-based approach to testing and quality across all teams

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Computer Science or Systems Engineering
• Professional experience in the field of Agile Delivery, Servant-Leadership, Advanced Scrum/SAFe coaching, Systems Engineering, Program-level Dependency, Risk Management, Quality & Testing Advocacy
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
• Knowledge in using Jira, Bigpicture, Git, Serena Dimensions and overall Atlassian tools
• Fluent in English
• English CV required
