Stellenbeschreibung

• Acts as Process Owner Delegate for Master Data Governance processes within the Company Management System
• Develops and maintains the Master Data Governance Framework, including data standards, policies, governance structures, and compliance with internal and external requirements
• Monitors and continuously improves MDG processes through performance tracking, validation of IT Change Requests, and safeguarding system integrity
• Leads MDG work packages and MDM activities within strategic transformation projects while serving as Scrum Master for the Master Data team
• Represents Master Data Governance in global projects, provides stakeholder consultancy, and coordinates the specialist community to drive collaboration and best practices

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or Economics
• Professional experience in the field of Master Data Governance, Project Management, Process Improvement, Quality Management, Lean Management and (Business-) Process Management
• Valid Scrum Master certification
• Good knowledge of using SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English, proficient in German
