The origin of the name
CTI was founded more than 22 years ago as the "Cincinnati Transplant Institute." Within a year, it was clear that name didn't encompass our rapidly-growing expertise in adjacent therapeutic areas, like immunology, rare disease, and pediatric programs. The name was quickly changed to "CTI Clinical Trial & Consulting."

We have worked on more than 10,000 projects, worked on every continent except Antarctica, and have contributed to more than 150 new drug and device approvals through global regulatory agencies such as the FDA, EMA, and others. Currently, we work with approximately 250 pharmaceutical and emerging biotechnology and medical device companies.
Your Tasks
- You manage direct reports within the Team under supervision of the Director Level for CPC management
- You participate in performance assessment, study allocation and development of the assigned members of the Team
- You identify, interview, recruit, and onboard new members for the Team
- You manage day-to-day needs of the group including personnel administrative tasks, training and support, issue resolution
- You provide oversight and leadership in managing daily study activities
- You provide full CPC support for assigned studies, including support in preparing study plans, developing study related materials
- You represent in professional manner and fosters collaboration with all study teams / functional departments; assists in promoting interdepartmental cohesiveness
Your Profile
- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of clinical research experience
- You bring good understanding of drug development and clinical trial processes
- You posses the ability to develop, prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
- You love to collaborate with a team
- You are proficient in the use of computer and software systems and the MS Office package
- You have great written and oral skills in German and English
