Clypp macht Prozesswissen sichtbar – in Minuten statt in Wochen.

In der Industrie steckt das wichtigste Wissen in den Köpfen einzelner Menschen: Wie eine Maschine eingerichtet wird, wie ein Ablauf im ERP-System funktioniert, worauf es beim Qualitätscheck ankommt. Klassische Dokumentation hält da nicht mit – sie ist aufwendig zu erstellen, schnell veraltet und wird kaum gelesen.

Deshalb haben wir Clypp entwickelt: Mitarbeitende nehmen einen Prozess einfach per Bildschirm oder Handykamera auf, unsere KI macht daraus fertige Prozessdokumentation. Automatischer Schnitt und Tonverbesserung, KI-Voiceover, Untertitel und Übersetzungen in über 100 Sprachen, Schritt-für-Schritt-SOPs mit Screenshots, BPMN-Modelle sowie Schulungen mit automatisch generierten Quizfragen. Geteilt wird das Wissen dort, wo gearbeitet wird: per QR-Code an der Maschine, mobil, im ERP oder über unsere Integrationen und die Chrome-Erweiterung.

What you'll do

Models & Training
You design, train and evaluate models for image recognition and video understanding, from dataset to production.

Agentic AI
You build agents that turn raw video into multilingual work instructions and decide when to prompt, fine-tune or build.

Backend & Architecture
You write robust backend code and design the system around our models, keeping inference fast across services and integrations.

Cloud & On-Prem
You ship our AI in the cloud and, where customers require it, on their own servers, with monitoring and tuning.

What you bring

• Strong Python skills: you understand and can defend every line
• Hands-on experience training ML models (e.g. PyTorch) and building agentic AI
• Solid grasp of system architecture, performance and on-prem infrastructure
• Very good English, written and spoken
• Based in the Munich area or regularly in our office
• Unrestricted work permit for Germany

Nice to have: a background in computer vision, ideally image recognition or video analysis, and experience with WebRTC, FFmpeg, MySQL or JavaScript. 3+ years of professional engineering experience are ideal, not required.
