Stellenbeschreibung

• Analyze the aerodynamic characteristics of high agility fighter aircraft
• Model and design aerodynamic datasets for stability & control, performance, and loads assessments
• Ensure the highest standards of accuracy and reliability of aerodynamic data
• Support the preparation and conduction of wind tunnel and flight test programs
• Analyze and assess aerodynamic characteristics of high agility fighter aircrafts
• Model and design aerodynamics datasets throughout the envelope for stability & control, performance and loads assessments
• Perform flight test data analysis
• Support the conduction of wind tunnel and flight test campaigns
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (2-3 times per year for 1-4 weeks to USA and Amsterdam

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of aerodynamics and flight mechanics with an affinity to fighter aircraft
• Very good knowledge of using MS-Office
• Knowledge of using Python and programming skills in Fortran as well as familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in German Skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (2-3 times per year for 1-4 weeks to USA and Amsterdam
