You are in charge of resolving technical problems of the Salt Fiber Box and you are at our customers' disposal.
After a training and test phase, you will start working in the Fiber Team as a client advisor focusing on customer loyalty.
You are in charge of solving second level technical problems that our customers encounter with our product Salt Fiber Box.
Your tasks
- Process monitoring related to orders of fiber optic connections: order management, error detection and implementation of solutions together with our internal and external partners all while communicating with our customers
- Technical customer support by phone and e-mail
- Technical support includes configuration and service checks as well as troubleshooting (error diagnosis and correction) of the fiber installation, Wi-Fi network, VOIP, router and TV box
What you will bring
- Good knowledge of the telecommunications and IT sector as well as a keen interest in related products and services.
- In particular, you have technical knowledge in the field of Internet and telephony via optical fiber networks as well as LAN, WLAN (Wi-Fi) and VOIP; you are also familiar with the configuration of Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android operating systems.
- Knowledge of the Apple TV product is an advantage.
- You have gained experience with fiber optic technology in Switzerland or abroad, in particular with troubleshooting during hardware and software installation.
- You are fluent in German, French, Italien or English (min. 2 languages)
- Your personal strengths: reliability, autonomy, punctuality as well as good technical and practical skills when providing remote support to users.
- You have completed a professional training with a Federal Certificate of Competence.
